Direct Development

Selection Process:-

If the candidate gains above 75% in the apptitude,technical and HR round then we shift him/her in the direct development.

Training and Development

Selection Process:-

If the candidate gains between 50% to 75% in the apptitude,technical and HR round then we shift him/her in the Training & development

(Trainee will have to pay for the training)

Training

if the candidate gains between 20% and 50% in the apptitude,technical and HR round then he/she can have paid Training.
